Where to Find Us
We are situated in a beautiful small market town called Evesham, which has the river Avon running through it. There are many lovely places to visit such as Evesham Abbey or you can take a gentle walk along the river bank.
Being an internet based company we do not get many customers dropping in but are more than happy for customer to pick up their orders rather than getting them delivered if that is easier.

Our offices are based on the high street in the centre of town opposite the post office with a car park at the rear once you have driven through the archway.
The train line running through Evesham is the Hereford to London Paddington train, so there always plenty of trains coming through and they all stop at Evesham. Once out of the station walk to the top of the hill and turn right, keep walking until you see the post office and if you look across the road you will see a black door which is the entrance to our office.
From The South
The M5 is the closest motorway and if you are coming from the south you need to leave the M5 at junction 9 and follow the signposts for Evesham.
From The North
The M5 is the closest motorway and if you are coming from the north you need to leave the M5 at junction 6 and follow the signposts for Evesham.
From The East
The M40 is the closest motorway and if you are coming from the east you need to leave the M40 at junction 15 and follow the signposts for Stratford upon Avon and then Evesham.
From the bus station: As you get off the bus turn left, walk approx 200 metres and cross the road. Keep on going straight as you pass the Co-op ours is the next door on your right.
Shipping & Delivery
Our chosen delivery partner within the UK is Royal Mail and all orders are dispatched using 2nd Class Small Parcel, delivery can be upgraded to their 1st Class or a tracked service which can be selected when completing the order. If you have any queries on the whereabouts of your order then please get in contact and we will supply you with your tracking number.
Any orders that are outside of the UK are shipped using UPS and the speed of the service depends on where you are based. Please get in contact for more details

4. How to get in touch
Returns & ReplacementsIf you are not happy with the Fuel Additive that you have received for any reason, we will take the Fuel Additive back and issue a refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as it has not been used or damaged.
If you wish to return your Fuel Additive to fueladditiveshop.com as they have been purchased in error please contact us [email protected] and we will make arrangements with you for the return of goods.
If you wish for fueladditiveshop.com to collect the goods, we will
only charge you the costs associated with that collection.
If you wish to return the fuel additive once it has been opened then please get in contact [email protected] and we see if can work something out.
Orders can be placed through the website or if you prefer to speak to an actual person based in the UK then please ring 01386 570397.
All fuel additives on the site are in stock but in periods of high demand sometimes we have to wait for them to come from the manufacturer, if this is the situation with your order you will be notified as soon as possible to make sure you are happy to proceed.
Payment, Pricing & Refunds
We utilise payment gateways such as Paypal and therefore our staff will have no access to any of your financial information. Regarding telephone orders your information will be put straight into Paypal and processed while you are on the telephone meaning that our staff will have no access to your financial information.
All pricing is updated daily and errors do occur if your order is at a vastly reduced price or even over priced then you will be notified that error has occurred and how you would like proceed.
Refunds are processed immediately once the returned fuel additive has been inspected, the refund will be through the same method that payment was taken.
